• Graduation in any one of the following subject – Architecture/ B.Planning/ Civil Engineering.
• Master Degree – Master of planning with specialization in any of the following Urban Planning/ Transport Planning/ Housing/ Environmental Planning/ Regional Planning
• Associate Membership of Institute of town planners (New Delhi).

• Fee – 1500/-
• Application Fee should be paid by Demand Draft in favour of the Director, Directorate of Municipal Administration, FFP Building, Dhruwa, Ranchi – 834004.
